   Note 1 :An ad on BATIMIS lasts for three months.
   Note 2 :There is a limit to the number of active free ads per user on Batimis.com. Delete the old disabled ad and post the new one. It is also prohibited to post ads for the same item in different categories or regions.
   Note 3 :Marketing: Only ads for sale or rental are allowed. It is prohibited to use an ad purely for marketing purposes.
   Note 4 :Ads published on Batimis.com under the "Individual" category are reserved for non-commercial individuals authorized to engage by legal contract. Ads classified as "Professional" on Batimis.com are exclusively reserved for businesses.
   Note 5 :The ad title must provide a brief description of the item being offered for sale or rent. It must not include terms such as: Website - A URL address - An account or a social media link. The title of the ad may be modified by Batimis.com to comply with the regulations. The title must not contain any unnecessary characters.
   Note 6 :The ad text must describe the item. It is illegal to simply provide a link to another page. Ads must not be copied from other ads as these texts are protected by copyright.
   Note 7 :For ads to be published, the permitted languages are Arabic, English, or French.
   Note 8 :The ad must be placed in the category that best describes the item. Batimis.com may move it to the appropriate category if necessary. Ads must be distinct for goods not belonging to the same category. Search ads should be classified under "Request," and sale ads should be classified under "Offer." Some categories include "For Rent" and "Rental Request." Rental ads should be classified under "Offer (you are selling a property)" and rental requests should be classified under "Request (you are looking for a property)" in other categories.
